Ferguson Dining Hall

Meals are included in all of the retreat packages and served in our beautiful Ferguson Dining Hall which can accommodate up to 700 people. The dining hall is decorated seasonally and provides an inviting place to come and enjoy our excellent food service. The meals are all prepared here by our culinary staff and served buffet style. Every lunch and dinner features a salad bar along with the main entrees including dessert. Breakfast meals vary each day and feature favorite items such as biscuits and gravy, fresh baked cinnamon rolls, breakfast meats, eggs, toast/bagel bar, cereal and more. A wide variety of beverages are available at every meal.

Christmas is especially beautiful in Ferguson Dining Hall. Private banquets are available following Thanksgiving during the holiday season. The dining hall has 12 or more Christmas trees. Everything sparkles with more than 100,000 outdoor and indoor lights, greenery, and bows. A platform, keyboard, sound system, and screen providing a holiday ambiance for your banquet.
